The wii fit is an interactive game designed for everybody. By playing this game you will improve your health & your fitness little by little each day. You can set personal goals on how much you want to loose & how fast. Then this game will automatically calculate an exercise program that will help you to reach you perfect weight.

The game wii fit is played with something called a "balance board". This balance board was constructed hand in hand with the game. It looks & works like a houshold scale with the difference, that it has 4 weight sensors instead of 1. This allows the balance board to read your movements and display them on your TV-screen. You can also mesure something called your "center of balance". This is a way to find out how your pose looks like when you are standing normally. If you don't have a balanced left & right side of your body, your body will compensate for this and increase strain on certain areas of your body.

With the wii fit, you can find out if you have a misalignment in your balance, and which exercises you should do to correct it. It will give you an advice to try any of the 40 different exercises, which spans over 4 different areas. These are: Yoga, Strength Training, Balance Games and Aerobics.
